As director of customer engagement with Hologic, Brandy Weatherly oversees growth initiatives for the GYN Surgical Division across a seven-state region. Responsible for the efforts of high-impact teams, she hires, coaches, and mentors team members, while ensuring regional activities align with national goals. Active with the President’s Advisory Council, she provides regional managers across the country guidance in best decision-making practices. Brandy Weatherly excels in sales analytics and forecasting, and has been recognized as an Elite Sales Leader, Surgical Division.

Ms. Weatherly is also the president and owner of Ratliff Brothers in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a role in which she provides strategic direction for a family-founded business portfolio that includes farmland, the Big Cypress Duck Camp, and hunting lease properties. A central facet of operations is Big Banjo Pizza Parlor, which has served up award-winning pizza for more than half a century. Community engagement is central to Ms. Weatherly’s corporate and family mission, and her enterprises support local sports teams, schools, and charitable initiatives. This reflects the enduring legacy of her father and the organization’s founder Richard “Dickie" Ratliff.

Brandy Weatherly is a travel enthusiast who enjoys exploring America’s national parks, cultural sites, and scenic wonders. Among her favorite hiking experiences has been Angels Landing in Zion National Park.
